Thank you for ordering from Hide & Stitch Co. Our DIY kits are carefully prepared and packaged specifically for each customer.

Processing Times
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping. During busy periods, sales, or following workshops, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery Times
Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Hide & Stitch Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help you with the next steps and any applicable carrier claim.

Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered at checkout, you will be contacted when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving for pickup.
