Refund policy

At Hide & Stitch Co., each DIY kit is carefully prepared according to the options selected when you place your order.

DIY Kits: Because our kits are prepared specifically for each order, including your selected size, hide colour, fur colour and other options, all DIY kit sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect options selected by the customer.

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or we have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it so we can make it right.

Workshops: Workshop registrations reserve a limited seat and materials are prepared in advance. Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may allow your registration to be transferred to another person or a future workshop at our discretion.

Digital Content & Instructional Videos: Access to instructional videos, digital instructions, patterns, or other digital content is non-refundable once access has been provided.

Order Issues: If there is a problem with your order, please contact Hide & Stitch Co. with your order number and details of the issue.
